These sessions are great for when moving or living in a new space, for breakups or changes in relationships and anytime the energy in ones home feels stagnant or negative. Trisha's background in feng shui helps to assess the overall energy blueprint of a room or overall home space. She'll cleanse the energy of your space through either smudging (sage/palo santo) or sound and will provide an assessment of challenges and benefits along with remedies during the session. A blessing is performed at the end to anchor the intention of the space.

Hands-on energy healing, involves placing hands lightly on or above a client's body. This practice is based on the belief that energy can flow through the practitioner to the client, promoting energy healing, chakra balancing and an increase of life force energy. They may also help improve emotional well-being and support the body's natural healing processes. Sound healing is included to deepen the healing experience.
